RETURNS POLICY

IT'S EASY TO MAKE A RETURN Allabout is glad to offer a Full Satisfaction Guarantee and will accept returns within 14 days from delivery date of your merchandise. Please note, Return Authorization must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. In case, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund, store credit or an exchange.

Send a return request to Allabout using our web form or by sending an email to allaboutegstore@gmail.com and include your order number, a list of the items you wish to return and the type of return requested (exchange, store credit or refund). If your order is eligible for return, Allabout will provide you with instructions on how to return your item, including the address where to ship your package. Follow the return instructions and ship the item back to us.
