Return & Exchange Period You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange your product.

Return Policy:

Return to Cairo and Giza takes a maximum of 3 to 5 working days, including the quality check period. It takes 5 to 7 working days for the rest of the governorates, including the quality check.

You can return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is In the same condition as received, in its original box.

If the product is returned in a condition other than its original condition, the product will be returned to you again.

Delivery and return fees are charged from the original order value during the refund as it is not refundable.

If the order was paid in cash upon receipt, you can now choose between:

1- Wallet Refund: Receive a refund via Vodafone, Etisalat, Orange, or WE Cash within 3 to 14 working days.

2-Instapay: Refund within 3 to 14 working days.

Please note that The value of the order will be refunded to the same payment method if your order was paid by Valu, Premium, Contact or through any bank card.

If the amount is returned to the same payment method, it takes 3 to 14 working days for the amount to appear on your account again

Exchange Policy:

The exchange process takes 5 to 7 working days. The original order will be collected from you, and once it is returned to us and inspected, the exchange order will be shipped to you.

Important Notes

• Buy 1 Get 1 products cannot be returned except if you receive an incorrect or defective item.
• Defective products are eligible for a full refund.
• Due to the shipping company's guidelines and our policy, inspection upon delivery is not permitted.
• Items such as personal use products (e.g., bags, sunglasses, Lingerie ,swimsuits, shoes) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they have a manufacturing defect.
